HOW TO ORDER

1.REQUEST A QUOTE

Fill out the QUOTE request form or CONTACT us by phone. Please be sure to include your actual file, by sending it to Art@HinoDesigns.com. View Artwork Requirements.

2.PLACE YOUR ORDER

After you approve the estimate and are ready to place an order, a work order form must be filled out . One work order form per graphic. Once you have that ready, please return to your sales person.

3.INVOICE

Once we received your work order form we will send you an invoice.

4.PAYMENT

After you approve the invoice, we require full 100% payment to process the order.

5.APPROVE YOUR MOCK-UP

You will receive a digital mock up within a reasonable time after your order has been placed. You will need to approve the mock-up before proceeding with production.

*Note: Failure to approve the digital mock up can result in delayed production. Hino Designs is not responsible for delayed production due to pending approval.

“If YOU HAVE BLANKS” Please make arrangements with your sales person to drop ship blanks to our factory and or deliver in person to us.
